their door installation to individuals without any prior experience!
Door Masters of Texas
starts its training for technicians in its own shop with a two year apprentice
program. After our personnel display the initiative and skill necessary
to assist a crew chief, they are promoted to technician assistants. After
fulfilling the position for a minimum of five years, and after demonstrating
the ability to correctly install door and door systems, they are promoted
to installation technicians, and then eventually to crew chief.
