You may be able to find the information you're looking for and get a head start on the custom door process.

Do You Supply Locks or Will You Install Ours?

We are a Baldwin dealer and have access to everything that Baldwin makes, from Mortise locks to keyed entries with knobs or levers. If you have your own handle set we can install it for you when we install your beautiful new door to your property.

Do You Need to Come Out to Measure?

We do not always have to come out and measure. If you have a single door, then you can measure ONLY the door in width and height. Do not be afraid if your measurements are not exact. Your door will either be close to 35 1/2 or 36 inches or it will be close to 31 1/2 or 32 inches wide. Your height should be 79 3/4 or close to 80 inches. If you see 77 inches do not worry; you have an undersized door. If you see 83-84 inches you have a true 7 ft door and will require either a custom-made door or a custom-ordered door; either way, we can help you. If you have a double door set or a door and two sidelites we will have to measure your set.

Can I See a Picture of a New Door on My House?

If you send us a picture of your house we will overlay the door set or sets that you are looking at and show you the form of the door and how it looks on your house.

How Secure Are Your Doors?

We are committed to using the finest, state-of-the-art door products to ensure the most secure doors possible. Most of our doors including glass are hurricane rated.

What All is Covered by the Warranty?

Our doors carry a 10-year warranty if sufficient cover over the door exists. Our warranty states that our doors are made properly and that they will not split or warp or crack due to construction for 10 years.

Do You Offer Financing?

Yes, in two minutes or less, with zero impact on your credit and no obligation to borrow, you can see your monthly payment options. With rates as low as 0%, financing can be a great option for purchasing a new door. Click on the link below to get started.

What is a Door Jamb and Do I Need One?

Door jambs or frames refer to the surrounding parts of the door that hold it in place. The frame can include jamb legs, the part of the wall that the door is hinged to and sits inside, and it includes any casing like brick mould, 1 x 4, and interior trim. Door jambs are installed to keep your door in the proper position and allow it to swing open back and forth without disruption. You do not always have to have a door jamb replaced. If your door jambs are not rotten or cracking, we should be able to reuse them. You can always send us a picture of your door and frame and we can assess it for you.

What is German Crystal?

Our German Antique Crystal is actually a crystal that is made in Germany and is then beveled in China and insulated here in Houston. This elegant crystal can be determined by the high-pressure stress marks on the crystal giving it a sparkle like no other beveled pattern. Our German Antique Crystal comes in many different patterns and styles. We can even create a custom German Antique Crystal pattern to fit any custom door that we can make.

Do You Install Doors that Were Not Purchased at Door Masters?

No, we only install doors purchased through Door Masters.
